Діють з 16 жовтня 2026 року

Ці умови — договір між тобою та Андрієм Казьмировичем («ми») щодо застосунку Obraz. Користуючись застосунком, ти погоджуєшся з ними. Як ми поводимося з даними, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.

Що таке Obraz

Obraz складає образи з одягу, який ти додаєш, з урахуванням погоди й подій, і на твій запит генерує фото, як образ може виглядати на тобі. Поради й зображення створює штучний інтелект: це підказки й ілюстрації, а не точне відображення посадки, кольору чи розміру речей.

Акаунт

• Користуватися Obraz можна з 16 років.
• Ти відповідаєш за дії у своєму акаунті й за те, щоб дані для входу були лише в тебе.
• Акаунт можна видалити будь-коли: Налаштування → Видалити акаунт.

Твої фото й контент

• Фото, які ти додаєш, залишаються твоїми. Ти дозволяєш нам зберігати й обробляти їх лише для того, щоб надавати тобі сервіс, поки існує акаунт.
• Для примірки додавай тільки власне фото. Не додавай фото інших людей без їхньої згоди, фото дітей, оголені чи відверті зображення або будь-що незаконне.
• Згенеровані зображення ти можеш використовувати й поширювати для особистих цілей.

Що заборонено

Не можна використовувати Obraz, щоб порушувати закон чи чужі права, обходити обмеження застосунку, автоматично масово надсилати запити або втручатися в його роботу. За порушення ми можемо обмежити чи закрити акаунт.

Підписки та покупки

• Obraz можна користуватися безкоштовно з обмеженою кількістю примірок. Плани Plus і Premium — це підписки на місяць або рік; ціна й умови показані в застосунку перед покупкою.
• Оплата проходить через App Store або Google Play з твого облікового запису. Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду.
• Якщо план має безкоштовний пробний період, після нього підписка стає платною, якщо ти не скасуєш її раніше.
• Керувати підпискою й скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях App Store або Google Play. Видалення застосунку чи акаунта підписку не скасовує.
• Пакети примірок — одноразові покупки; вони не згорають, поки існує акаунт.
• Повернення коштів розглядають Apple або Google за своїми правилами.

Доступність сервісу

Ми намагаємося, щоб Obraz працював стабільно, але не гарантуємо безперервної роботи. Ми можемо змінювати чи прибирати функції; про суттєві зміни платних планів попередимо заздалегідь.

Відповідальність

Obraz надається «як є». Наскільки дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки чи за рішення, які ти ухвалюєш на основі порад застосунку (наприклад, про покупки). Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує твоїх прав споживача, яких не можна позбавити за законом.

App Store

Для Obraz, завантаженого з App Store, також діє Стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple. Apple не відповідає за застосунок і його підтримку.

Право й спори

Ці умови регулюються правом України. Спершу напиши нам — ми спробуємо вирішити питання. Якщо ти споживач з ЄС, за тобою зберігаються обов’язкові права твоєї країни.

Зміни й контакти

Якщо ми змінимо умови, оновимо дату вгорі й повідомимо про суттєві зміни в застосунку. Питання: support@obraz.app.

Terms of Use

Effective 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Andrii Kazmyrovych ("we") about the Obraz app. By using the app you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

What Obraz is

Obraz puts looks together from the clothes you add, for the weather and your day, and when you ask, generates a photo of how a look might look on you. The advice and images are made by artificial intelligence: they're suggestions and illustrations, not an exact picture of fit, colour or size.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use Obraz.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your sign-in to yourself.
• You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account.

Your photos and content

• The photos you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service to you, while your account exists.
• For try-ons, add only photos of yourself. Don't add photos of other people without their consent, photos of children, nude or sexual images, or anything illegal.
• You may use and share the generated images for personal purposes.

What's not allowed

Don't use Obraz to break the law or others' rights, get around the app's limits, send automated bulk requests or interfere with how it works. If you do, we may limit or close your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Obraz is free to use with a limited number of try-ons. Plus and Premium are monthly or yearly subscriptions; the price and terms are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a plan comes with a free trial, the subscription becomes paid when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Try-on packs are one-time purchases; they don't expire while your account exists.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Availability

We work to keep Obraz running, but can't promise it will always be available. We may change or remove features; we'll give notice before significant changes to paid plans.

Liability

Obraz is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app's advice (for example, about purchases). Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law doesn't let you give up.

App Store

If you downloaded Obraz from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Please write to us first and we'll try to sort it out. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory rights of your country.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about significant changes in the app. Questions: support@obraz.app.
